Mark Bowen is the principal of the practice and is a solicitor with over 35 years experience. 

Ian Dawes is the practice's conveyancer who has worked here for a number of years.

Tom Sandover is a law graduate paralegal who joined in 2010.

Camilla Balfe works at the office reception desk and also attends to administrative matters.

The practice has been independently assessed for the Law Society on a range of 'excellence' standards covering the management of the practice and delivery of legal services to clients. The practice has held this prestigious 'Lexcel' quality mark for over 6 years. The practice is subject to annual re-inspection by independent assessors. 

The practice was also one of the first to secure membership to The Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme - the mark of excellence for the home buying process. Again, the practice was subject to rigorous assessment by The Law Society in order to achieve this membership which is also subject to annual re-assessment

We strive to carry out work promptly and efficiently, with attention to detail and a focus on the issues that need to be dealt with. Along with well resourced offices, I.T is used to full effect to help with the efficient completion of work.

There is a 24/7 answering service (manned by real people) for 'out of hours' message taking for clients.

Arrangements can be made to visit you at your home, workplace, or elsewhere. Out of hours appointments (including weekends) are available too.
