The principal of the practice is Mark Bowen, a Solicitor with over 25 years practice experience in Hertfordshire. 

Ian Dawes is the practice's conveyancing assistant, having joined in 2008.

The practice has been independently assessed for the Law Society on a range of 'excellence' standards covering the management of the practice and delivery of legal services to clients. Following this assessment the practice was awarded the prestigious 'Lexcel' quality mark in 2006.  This quality standard encompasses elements of 'Investors in People' and ISO9000 together with additional compliances specifically relevant to law firms. The practice is subject to annual re-inspection by independent assessors. 

The award recognises a quality of legal service above and beyond the Solicitors Regulation Authority's rules that apply to all solicitors, and demonstrates our focus on the importance of delivering a quality service and the best legal advice to clients.

Work for clients is undertaken  promptly and efficiently, with attention to detail and a focus on the issues that need to be addressed. Along with well resourced offices, I.T is used to full effect to help with the efficient conduct and completion of work. There are strong relationships in place with specialist barristers and experts to assist in any particular case, when this is necessary.

Arrangements can be made to visit you at your home, workplace, or elsewhere. Out of hours appointments (including weekends) are available too.

There is a 24/7 answering service for out of hours message taking for clients.
