You will receive a personal service from an experienced Solicitor and a Conveyancer. Our fees are competitive and transparent; there will be no 'hidden' charges or separate charges for work which is part of the normal conveyancing process anyway. Please contact us for an estimate of costs.

In addition to the Lexcel quality mark the practice is an accredited member of The Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme marking us out as meeting high standards in client care and providing a reliable and efficient conveyancing service. Not all law firms are awarded this accreditation.

We have a 24/7 telephone answering service manned by real people where messages can be left and urgent calls returned 'out of hours'. We are happy to see you at weekends if this is more convenient to you.

This practice does not pay estate agents or anyone else 'referral fees'  for your conveyancing work; we are an independent practice.
