You will receive a personal service from an experienced Solicitor and a conveyancing assistant - an alternative to the 'conveyancing factory' approach often provided by others. Our fees are competitive and transparent; there will be no 'hidden' charges or separate charges for work which is part of the normal conveyancing process anyway.
We can produce a Home Information Pack (HIP) as part of our conveyancing service for seller clients of the practice. These packs must by law be prepared as the first stage in the process of marketing and selling a property. The pack provides information to a purchaser about the ownership of the property and includes an Energy Performance Certificate which rates the energy efficiency of the property.
We combine our knowledge of the local property market, our professional conveyancing experience and access to a panel of qualified Domestic Energy Assessors to bring you a complete HIP service - from pack preparation to exchange of contracts and completion of the sale.
This practice does not pay any 'referral' fees to anyone for your instructions - whether you are a buyer or seller.
