Litigation is expensive, time-consuming and a challenge you will probably wish to avoid if at all possible. We can carry out negotiations on your behalf to try and resolve the problem in hand without court proceedings. Mediation and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution may well be the route to follow (and we can help you with this). However, where involvement with the Courts is inevitable we have considerable experience and the ability to robustly represent you or your business in the litigation, whether it be in the County Court or High Court.
