Ian is a Licensed Conveyancer and has been with the firm for some 15 years specialising in property conveyancing work. He is also a Commissioner for Oaths.
Ian handles the legal work in residential property sales and purchases including:-
- freehold properties,
- leasehold flats,
- new build purchases,
- buy to let properties,
- shared equity purchases,
- retirement/assisted living flats,
- plots of land transactions.
With a reputation for attention to detail and thoroughness, Ian ensures clients are fully advised of the relevant legal aspects affecting the property they are buying or selling. The moving home experience can be stressful, especially when a sale and purchase needs to be synchronised, and Ian works hard to ensure that the legal aspects are dealt with as smoothly as possible.
